2022 was the 75th Anniversary of the twinning of the cities of Bristol and Hannover.
The Bristol City Council Twinning officer introduced us to our partners at Linden Youth Centre and from there we planned a visit to Hannover in August.
Just post Covid, we travelled, masked up, by plane and train and had a fantastic week dancing and socialising with our hosts.
The week ended with a performance at Hannover City Hall as part of the official celebrations and we even made the local press.
